Fri., August 1st, Work Like A Dog Day - How did they know It's Yard Sale Weekend!
It went well, it was held indoors and there were over 70 participants so you keep a little cool and we expected a crowd, they quoted over 600 buyers paid last year to get in. Not that many this year but I believe we did better than most. As you can see we got in late Friday night then had to return by 6:30 am for Saturday opening. Lil Orchid was pooped, she walked in laid up on my chair, feet dangling and konked out. Bless her Heart, she was so good and loved people watching. Since we were selling baby things she got to see plenty of them. As she was watching one little 3 month old girl being held by her grandmother, Lil Orchid couldn't take her eyes off her, then so intensely, she proclaimed "Baby Dripped", yes you guessed it the baby drooled. It was so funny. Just glad its over.
